The Madrid is truly a uniquely designed blanket! The neck contours into the chest and creates a "V" front to prevent rubbing and pulling when the horse lowers its head. This also relieves the pressure on the withers. A fun modern design with swooping reflective piping, and the placement of the hind leg notches and the shoulder gusset allows free movement. It has a deep drop with hidden bias surcingles with panels that create a partial belly flap for warmth and protection. The mid-neck keeps out the rain without needing a separate hood, and medium fill makes this blanket a good choice for a variety of climates.
