Contains Jojoba Oil as a skin soothing agent, and Hydrolyzed Oatmeal Protein for added conditioning, elasticity, and moisture retention. Repels static electricity. May be used in conjunction with our Ultra Plenish and Ultra Vitalizing Mist for guaranteed results. (Up to 7:1 Dilution. Feel free to dilute to preference for desired effect.)
